What is 'My Account'?

From my account, you can access all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following:

  • Edit your personal information like name, address, etc.

  • Change password

  • View your order

  • Initiate a return/refund of your order

  • Cancel an order

  • Register for the lucky draw, promotional offer and discounts.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on artbhutan?

Not necessarily, you can check out a guest by providing basic information like your email for us to communicate with you, the shipping and billing address for us to ship the items. But, we advise our valuable customer to register to our store to access additional functionality like access to a promotional offer, discount on returning customer, and for you to track your order, request for return and refund etc.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you place an order, artbhutan will send you an email with an invoice and instruction to make payments. Once you authorise payment by transferring the money to us, your order is completed.  You will further receive an email from artbhutan confirming the order placement, .order number, details of the shipping. 

Do you take orders over the phone?

No. We do not take orders over the phone. The customer would have to place the order by themselves. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

My Account' would provide you with complete information of your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.

I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?

No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it. You can place another order for the items missed out though. In such a case, you can write to our customer care support to combine the order together to ship as one lot to avoid extra shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies from country to country. Typically it takes 3 – 4 days for all cities. Some may take 5 to 8 days depending on the shipment you choose during the checkout time.

How are orders placed on artbhutan.com delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, artbhutan ships the order through your choice of courier service. Once your order has been shipped you will get an Email informing you the details of AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimate delivery dates email.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

The reasons why you would have partially received the order are:

  • We shipped your items in two different shipments. The other would still be in transit.

  • The stock for the remaining items was not available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation that you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an email will be sent to you informing the same.

  • You could email our customer care to get more clarity on your order status.

How does the delivery process work?

artbhutan uses reputed logistics provider/partner to deliver products to your doorsteps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you at the shortest possible time.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is placed, artbhutan assigns your order to one of our logistics partners. An email would be sent to your registered email with us with the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB#. You can track the order using the AWB# on their respective website
